  • Rates include the Hawaii Tax, apartment service and cleaning charges.

  • Rates are for the Apartment - not per person.

  • No other charges are applied.

  • Telephone Services: Payable to resort upon check-out

  • Resort Service Fee: $75us service charge payable to Resort Operator upon arrival.

  • Five nights minimum rental period.

  • Cleaning charge: $125us for stays of less than 5 night minimum.

  • Occupancy days of more than 30 days are eligible for a 10% rate reduction.

  • "Kama'aina" Rental Rate: $130us/night. Seven night minimum stay.
