A deposit of 30% of Rental is required within 7 days of booking. If such deposit is not received within 7 days, the reservation will be subject to cancellation.

Rental payments may be made by personal check, money order, or direct inter-bank transfer.

Rental payments by chargecard can be made using the "PayPal" system operated by eBay Corporation.

Other than Christmas, full rental payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: FULL REFUND of DEPOSIT and PAYMENTS made upon re-booking of the period.

Christmas: Same initial deposit requirements. Cancellation deadline for refund: OCTOBER 1. Balance must be prepaid in full by October 1.

Minimum Stay Policy: A minimum of 5 nights is required for High and Low Season Rates. The Low Season minimum is subject to change.

A 10 night minimum is required during the period December 15 through December 31.

This is a no-smoking, no pet apartment.

Utility or Parking fees, if applicable, are payable to the resort upon check-in..

CHECK IN: 4 p.m. CHECK-OUT: 10 a.m. Maid Service provided on check-in and check-out. .

DAILY RENTAL RATES are quoted in US dollars and include service and cleaning fees.

A $75 Services Fee is payable to, and collected by, the Resort upon guest arrival at the front desk.

PARKING is unassigned at Maui Eldorado. A parking permit is required. The permit is issued at the property's front desk. As of January 1, 2007 the resort levies a parking fee of $7.00 per day for Guest parking in the garage.

OTHER SERVICES
The Resort Staff will provide other services such as: Valet, Laundry, Newspaper Delivery, and Photocopy for a nominal fee.

SUPPLIES. The apartment is supplied with Soap, Paper Towels and Toilet Tissue. The convenience store in the resort lobby has stock of such items if additional supplies are required..Other items such as dishwasher and clothing detergents, mop towels, and facial tissues are also available in the convenience store.
