Promoting and supporting employee wellbeing is at the heart of Villa’s purpose in championing an improved work ethos as we believe that an effective wellbeing programme is mutually beneficial to our company and, most importantly, our people. We have dedicated team that collaborates and curates an annual Wellbeing Calendar to include activities that focus on both physical and mental wellbeing of our team members.
